The 2013 Seersucker Social (part II pics): Same Style. Different Destination.

With  so many excellent photographs too choose from, it was difficult to make selections for the posts on this past Sunday. The ride and social at Carderock brought familiar faces and first timers  together in a wonderful new setting we’ll have to visit again. Enjoy these and head to the Worn Magazine blog for Nicole Aguirre’s amazing images and portraits from our day.

August 18 – High Wheelers gathered and raced in Frederick, MD!

On August 18, 2012, Frederick Maryland was the scene of a high wheel race that included 25 brave high wheel enthusiasts including three time Tour de France winner Greg Lemond! D&Q Tweed Ride participant and high wheel cyclist, Eric Rhodes organizes the event and sent in a link to a Washington Post article on the event.  Perhaps next year, we can organize a group of us dandies to get out to Frederick for this and enjoy the day!
